Spray Tan Prep & Post Checklist
Day Before Spray Tan
✅ Exfoliate Head to Toe – Buff away dead skin cells 24 hours before for a smooth, even tan.
✅ Shave or Wax in Advance – Do any hair removal at least 24 hours ahead to avoid irritation.
✅ Moisturize – Apply moisturizer after shaving and exfoliating to keep skin from drying out.

Day of Spray Tan
✅ Shower about an hour before your appointment.
✅ Skip Lotion, makeup, oil, perfume, & deodorant - Clean skin is necessary for even application.
✅ Wear Loose Clothing – Tight clothes can cause streaks, especially after a spray tan.
✅ Leave Jewelry at home please.
After Your Spray Tan
✅ Wait 6-8 Hours Before Showering or Sweating – Allow your spray tan time to fully develop.
✅ Skip Soap for the First 24 Hours – Your first rinse should be with warm water only.
✅ Moisturize Daily – Hydrated skin keeps your tan vibrant and long-lasting.
✅ Drink Plenty of Water – Hydration helps maintain an even, healthy glow.
✅ Use Lukewarm Water & Gentle Cleansers – Hot showers and harsh soaps can cause fading.
✅ Pat, Don’t Rub – Gently pat your skin dry after showering to preserve your tan.
✅ Extend Your Glow – A tan-extending lotion can help maintain your color even longer.
